Joint Commission
Within
each
Faculty
or
Department,
a
Joint
Teachers-Students
Commission
is
set
up,
with
the
task
of
monitoring
the
progress
of
teaching
and
the
quality
of
teaching
performance
by
elaborating
any
proposals
for
their
improvement.
The
Joint
Committee,
in
agreement
with
the
Evaluation
Team,
conducts
monitoring
of
the
training,
the
quality
of
teaching
and
of
service
to
students
by
teachers.
The
Commission
may
also
identify
indicators
for
assessing
the
results
achieved
in
the
areas
referred
to
in
the
previous
period;
These
indicators
must
be
submitted
to
the
opinion
of
the
Board
of
Governance
and
the
Evaluation
Team,
as
its
mission,
and
subsequently
approved
by
the
Board of Trustees.
The
Committee
prepares
an
annual
report
that
examines
each
study
course
in
detail
considering
the
student's
satisfaction as for various elements of the training activities:
•
the activities of teaching staff
•
the quality of facilities, workshops, and laboratories
•
the quality of services
•
the organization of the facilities and spaces devoted to studying activities
•
the students' careers
The
Joint
Committee
is
composed
of
the
President,
the
Head
of
Accreditation,
the
Registrar
and
the
head
of
each
Faculty or department as well as four students
